Welcome to Useless Applets, a site devoted to well... useless applets. Use the navigation bar to check them out.
| 5th March 2001 | Exhausts in Horace improved (hopefully). |
| 3rd March 2001 | Authentic exhaust fumes are now included in Horace. It doesn't do anything, except improve the aesthetics of the game. Also, the game should start more quickly the first time space is pressed after it is loaded. |
| 8th Feb 2001 | Horace is here. He can only cross the road so far but it's a start. It's only a taster of what's to come so it's not great yet. |
| 19th Sept 2000 | Hooray! An update! I've finally got round to
making another applet. This one's a snake game. You know: drive the
snake round an area eating stuff whilst getting longer and longer. It's not
the finished version by any means, but it's getting there.

| 11th May 2000 | Added The Mystic Ball
to answer any questions you might have.
Taken off a number of rows in Treasure Hunt. I forgot that people with smaller monitors wouldn't be able to fit it all in on the screen. |
| 8th May 2000 | I've changed this site completely, because I
want some sort of theme for it. Basically I'm going to write applets
that don't have much relevance to anything, but might be fun nonetheless.
Any ideas for a useless applet? Tell
me!
As well as the Highest Card Wins and Random Animal Generator, I've written a Treasure Hunt game. Try to get the highest score! |
Don't worry, the discussion board is still here just use the navigation bar. As is the Greatest Story Ever Told.
Have you got a question that needs answering? Well ask it in the form of a question requiring a yes/no answer and click on the question mark. The Mystic Ball will tell you the truth.....probably. Give it a few seconds to give the answer, it has to dig deep into its knowledge. A red question mark shows it's thinking.
